This is a really solid piece of equipment to have on hand for your next BBQ. If your like me removing the membrane is a pain to do but a necessary evil if you want your ribs done right. This rib skinner takes away a lot of that tedious work. Fair warning though, there is a learning curve involved, but once you get the hang of it its a breeze. You can use this tool on more than just ribs. Any cut of meat that has a membrane that you need removed you can use this (it has a curved design specifically for ribs but it can be used on other cuts of meat). Whether grilling, or smoking if you like ribs this is a super helpful tool.
